As a Nursing Operations Manager, you will support the growth, development and advancement of nurses through their career, allowing you to make a difference in the lives of both patients and caregivers at a leadership level. **A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. OR 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Identify and ensure appropriate placement, facilitation and expedition of all patient flow transactions, including direct and emergency patient admissions and transfers. + Address significant patient issues and staffing needs throughout the house and make modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements throughout the hospital. + Communicate changes with relevant leaders. + Manage the patient experience trans-organizationally to optimize all resources to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Three years of experience in an acute care setting + Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) + NIH Stroke Certification Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + One year of management experience + Critical Care/emergency room experience Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
