Get to Know Your Team: Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo. Responsibilities The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing BSN or Actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months Current License as RN in State of Texas American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification ACLS, PALS or NRP corresponding to area of service Preferred Job Requirements: Previous acute care experience Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
