Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Instructor to join our team full-time at UPMC Jameson School of Nursing at Hamot. The ideal candidate will be a nursing professional who demonstrates leadership, expertise, and a passion for educating future nurses. This role includes both classroom (didactic) and clinical instruction and involves guiding and evaluating students in the application of the nursing process to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Title and salary will be determined based upon education and nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective instruction in both classroom and clinical settings.
Lead course faculty to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
Serve as a professional role model, promoting trust, respect, professionalism, and caring.
Develop and implement strategies that support diverse learning needs.
