About the Role

As a Nursing Instructor, you will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for delivering high-quality nursing education. You will provide didactic and clinical instruction, mentor students, and lead faculty in delivering meaningful learning experiences. Your expertise will ensure students master the nursing process to deliver safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective classroom and clinical instruction based on evidence-based practices.

Lead faculty teams within assigned courses.

Develop inclusive, respectful, and student-centered learning environments.

Guide students in applying critical thinking and clinical reasoning in both academic and healthcare settings.

Serve as a professional role model, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and professionalism.

Engage in faculty development, school governance, and continuous quality improvement.

Participate in curriculum design, evaluation, and scholarly initiatives.

Use student and peer feedback for continuous growth and instructional improvement.

Maintain active membership in professional nursing organizations.
