This full-time position follows a rotating shift schedule, including day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and evening shifts (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), offering flexibility and variety in your workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction using evidence-based teaching strategies. Foster critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and professional growth in nursing students. Support diverse learners through individualized coaching and inclusive teaching practices. Maintain current clinical and educational knowledge through ongoing professional development. Guide students in applying the nursing process in both academic and clinical settings. Design and evaluate meaningful learning experiences and assignments. Promote a respectful, culturally competent, and collaborative learning environment. Participate in curriculum development, school committees, and policy initiatives. Contribute to quality improvement and scholarly activities within the school. Serve as a professional role model, upholding the values of trust, respect, and excellence.
