You work to achieve awards like Magnet or Pathway to Excellence. Knowledge of award requirements is essential. You assess readiness and prepare the organization. **Essential Functions of the Role** + Develop and maintain different processes and systems needed to obtain Magnet or Pathway to Excellence title. + Perform tasks, such as assessments, to prepare for Nursing Excellence award; act as liaison between CNO and managers. + Be responsible for creating and carrying out shared decision-making structures and initiatives to enhance the quality through clinical councils. + Prepare for Magnet or Pathway to Excellence application submission, collect data, and manage events during visits or surveys. + Help with development, benchmarks, and safety monitoring for nurses.
