**Job Overview** An LPN **Enteral Patient Education Liaison** serves as a vital resource in supporting patients (transitioning from hospital to home), and caregivers who require enteral (tube) feeding at home. This role focuses on providing comprehensive education on enteral nutrition, including proper tube care, safe administration techniques, equipment use, troubleshooting common issues, and recognizing signs of complications.
