The Nurse Services Supervisor II oversees clinical operations for the Cardiac Cath Labs and Procedure Room, ensuring quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance and optimal staff performance. This role supports 24-hour clinical management responsibilities, including staffing oversight, workflow coordination, performance monitoring and mentoring of nursing and ancillary staff. As a leader, you will foster a professional, collaborative work environment and drive improvements in patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes evidence based practice, quality improvement initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication to guide clinical teams and improve outcomes. Salary Range: $59.67 – $138.60 Hourly
