We are currently accepting applications to our Graduate Nurse Residencies for **Fall/Winter 2025 Graduate Nurses** . The application is open to students who are graduating now to December 2025.

**Things You Should Know**
Our residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting:
+ **Must have a Nursing D** **egree (ADN, BSN, MSN).**
+ An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon).
+ Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
+ An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
+ Additional certification may be required depending on the unit.
**Recommendations:**
Make sure your **resume** is up to date and thorough in describing any applicable experience and education - particularly your clinical rotations! Please include all non-medical jobs too! Anything that highlights customer service, multi-tasking, critical thinking, independent judgement, leadership, etc - all these things apply to nursing!
In your **cover letter** , please include the following:
