Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** As Nurse Quality Coordinator in Radiology, you'll ensure nursing protocols meet regulations and enhance patient care. Your job is to develop strategies for nursing quality and communicate with administrators. You will make unbiased clinical judgments based on ethics and procedures. **Essential Functions of the Role** + Perform accurate clinical assessments as required. Identify patient and family needs, develop caregiving plans, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments. + Create a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. + Respect diversity by acknowledging and incorporating personal differences of patients and their families into your caregiving plans. + Advocate for patient and family rights. + Represent patient interests, solve ethical issues. + Promote learning culture by educating patients, families, colleagues, and community.
