**SHIFT/SCHEDULE:** Full-time days, Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Flexibility is needed to work with night and weekend shifts.

**Job Summary**
As Nurse Quality Coordinator in Radiology, you'll ensure nursing protocols meet regulations and enhance patient care. Your job is to develop strategies for nursing quality and communicate with administrators. You will make unbiased clinical judgments based on ethics and procedures.
**Essential Functions of the Role**
+ Perform accurate clinical assessments as required. Identify patient and family needs, develop caregiving plans, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments.
+ Create a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
+ Respect diversity by acknowledging and incorporating personal differences of patients and their families into your caregiving plans.
+ Advocate for patient and family rights.
+ Represent patient interests, solve ethical issues.
+ Promote learning culture by educating patients, families, colleagues, and community. Assess and document learning needs and outcomes.
+ Use resources effectively when problem-solving for both patient and staff.

+ Experience in infection control and multitasking is crucial.
+ Organizational skills, communication abilities, and teamwork are essential.
+ Proficiency in data software is helpful.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ At least (2) two years in a similar role or healthcare setting.
+ Registered nurse (RN)
+ (ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support and (BLS) Basic Life Support certification within (30) thirty days of hiring if you don't have it already.
