\nAs Nurse Quality Coordinator in Radiology, you'll ensure nursing protocols meet regulations and enhance patient care. Your job is to develop strategies for nursing quality and communicate with administrators. You will make unbiased clinical judgments based on ethics and procedures.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nPerform accurate clinical assessments as required. Identify patient and family needs, develop caregiving plans, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments.\nCreate a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.\nRespect diversity by acknowledging and incorporating personal differences of patients and their families into your caregiving plans.\nAdvocate for patient and family rights.\nRepresent patient interests, solve ethical issues.\nPromote learning culture by educating patients, families, colleagues, and community. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.At least (2) two years in a similar role or healthcare setting.Registered nurse (RN)(ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support and (BLS) Basic Life Support certification within (30) thirty days of hiring if you don't have it already.
