Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Pediatrics Emergency Department team at McLane Children’s Medical Center in Temple, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings at a renowned pediatric facility, providing care to a diverse pediatric population.

\nResponsibilities\n\n\n

Provide medical care to pediatric patients in the emergency department and inpatient settings

\n\n\n

Perform procedures including, but not limited to:

\n\n\n

Incision & drainage (I&D)

\n\n\n

Wound closure

\n\n\n

Splinting and casting

\n\n\n

Foreign body removal

\n\n\n\n\n

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

QUALIFICATIONS

\n\nEDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program\nEXPERIENCE - More than 1 Year of Experience\nCERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Nurse Practitioner (NP) \nRegistered Nurse (RN)\nBasic Life Support (BLS): and PALS within 30 days of hire or transfer.\n\n
