Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care | PRN

 Syracuse, NY Utica, NY  Home Visits + SNFs | Solo Treatment | DirectPlacement

 Assignment Details

Start Date: ASAP Schedule: PRN | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Notice: 72 hours provided before shift Shift Requirements: Must be available for full 8-hour shifts; weekend-only availability not accepted Rate: $250/visit Travel: Up to 1.5 hours from city center | 70 cents/mile

 Clinical Scope

Wound care visits in homes and SNFs Each visit: ~45–60 minutes Procedures may include debridement, skin substitutions, wound assessment EMR: Atlas (proprietary system) Direction provided by medical director/regional coordinator

 Requirements

Board Certified NP (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP via AANP or ANCC) Active New York NP license Must have wound care experience (new grads accepted only with prior wound care exposure)
