Short Description

The Nurse Navigator II is an integral part of the Oncology Multidisciplinary Team. The NN II supports, educates, identifies barriers to care and assists patients and families adjust to a new cancer diagnosis. This role helps patients navigate the complexity of the healthcare system and contributes to improved patient outcomes and patient and provider satisfaction.

Experience Required

3-5 years' experience required.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Master’s Degree preferred.

License/Certification Requirements

New Jersey Registered Nurse required.

Master’s degree in health care related Field (see above) required.

Special Requirements

Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers required.
