UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics is hiring a Full-Time Nurse Manager, OP to support the offices in Hummelstown and Mechanicsburg.

Evening and weekend availability required to support the hours of operation.

Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 12pm-8pm, Sunday 10am-6pm

Prior pediatric office experience strongly preferred.

Purpose:
Lead and manage the clinical, operational, and administrative functions of a healthcare practice to ensure high-quality patient care and a supportive work environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure efficient, compassionate care. Collaborate with physicians and staff to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety. Manage budgets, resources, and regulatory compliance while optimizing billing and documentation. Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management. Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
