We have a new exciting opening within our hospital family. As a member of our Surgical Services Team, this educator position contributes to the Hospital’s mission by serving the Admission, Recovery and Pain Center by way of performance monitoring and quality review. This position is a hybrid of an on-site educator as well as a data monitoring for continuous safe practice and performance improvement as well as bedside nursing as the needs of the department dictate. The Educator utilizes best practice and guidelines to provide education, consultations, and clinical support to the multi-disciplinary care team. Demonstrates empathy and respect and collaborates to achieve expected outcomes. Meets the highest level of professionalism consistent with a Magnet hospital.
