**Description:**
**Pay Range: $12.37 - $17.15**
**Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., every 3rd weekend, and every other Holiday.**
**J** **OB SUMMARY:** **The nurse assistant provides care to, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients under the supervision of the registered nurse. This care focuses on personal hygiene, nutritional needs and activities of daily living.**
**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:**
Must be on State of Iowa Nurse Aide Registry listing as "active" or "eligible". Nursing Assistant experience preferred. Must provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association; or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer-LIVE class only) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire and maintains current status. Maintains current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support. Completes Mandatory Reporting requirement within 6 months of hire. Renews Mandatory Reporting requirement every 5 years. Ability to work flexible hours.
