Skills and Requirements Must-Haves:  • RN License  • 2 or more years overall in a healthcare leadership position   ○ Must have experience being responsible for direct reports, conducting reviews, taking disciplinary/corrective action, interviewing, managing scheduling for direct reports  • Excellent computer skills with ability to use teams/Webex, manage scheduling system online, when testing sign into database and access weblinks to log information, with instruction can upload candidates test results accurately  • Ability to step in to test in person when needed Preferred: 1-2 years’ experience in a long-term care environment
