For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design, preferably in fluid control industry Experience with New Product Development (NPD) stage-gate process Nuclear industry experience preferred Proficiency in Pro-E/Creo or other 3D engineering modeling tools Strong MS Office skills for technical writing and presentations Excellent spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Advanced degree in Engineering Specific experience in nuclear solenoid valve design Knowledge of international valve design standards Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) Demonstrated experience in process improvement and innovation methodologies
