About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as NPM Buyer Develop and optimize the supply base to support plant NPM purchasing service Make the sourcing approval process of all cases including creation or renewal of contracts or agreements，complete the RFQ and select suppliers according to requisitions Negotiation on price and T&Cs; contracting and implementation Fulfilment of group/plant directives and local law Planning the cost savings proposal of annual projects and implement the saving actions to achieve target Regularly provide purchasing volume, or other NPM reports upon request Communication with local management and x-functions in the plant Ensure security of supply to support operations of the plant and optimize cost & service to get competitive advantage and customer satisfaction Your Profile as NPM Buyer Working experience    8+years procurement experiences, especially in non-production material Familiar with purchasing process Excellent negotiation and communication skills QAD/SAP experience is preferred                                   Quick learning capability, and able to be quick and efficient to solve problems Good management skill and ability of decision-making Highly responsibilities, high credible, honestly, teamwork spirit Why you should choose ZF in Guangzhou?
