This role has a deep compromise to support the operations area with a sense of urge, safety, and quality to bring the most possible children into play, always with a great attitude as a customer service area we also need to be responsible and focused to deliver on time new installations, so we can keep growing and take part in the LEGO story. **Core Responsibilities:** + NPI process ownership + Strategic and improvement projects + Capacity & Demand Analysis + Simplicity room ownership + Driver of IMS audits + Financial analysis of investment projects + Build and update reports and metrics. + Cooperate with all local and global departments. + Representation of Local IE in global projects + Ownership of a LCI tool + Full ownership on at least 1 critical IE process **Do you have what it takes?** + Proven experience as Industrial Engineer / NPI Processes. + Advanced English + Use of Microsoft Office, SAP, Minitab + Line balancing, Industrial drawings + Problem Solving, Structured and Self-directed. + Confidentiality awareness + Pro-activeness, ambition, and persistence. + Project and collaborators’ management + Practice in active use of Lean, Six Sigma and quality tools + Finance knowledge in costing and budgeting.
