NPI & Engineering Projects Technician 1 + **Location** Monterrey, Mexico + **Job ID** 0000025378 + **Category** Hourly **Job Description** **If you have experience working in NPI and are looking to make your next career move** This might be the opportunity for bringing your skills and help your team to achieve the best results for a great organization within the LEGO Group! **Play your part in our team success** NPI & Engineering is focused to assure our equipment and production processes accomplish with safety, reliability, product quality and confidentiality LEGO requirements. **Core Responsibilities** + Attend activities and improvements related to NPI & Engineering projects and Packing/ Processing operations. + Support in local and global projects of installation and equipment transfer, review specifications (SAT), identify and prepare the material required and ensure that are released with the required quality standard to production. + Coordinate and support suppliers in activities related with machine installation. + Development of Kaizen Projects. + Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness. + Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area. + Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area. **Do you have what it takes?** Remember to apply using Google Chrome for an easier process and attach your CV in PDF format. + Associate Degree (Escuela Técnica terminada) + Machine safety knowledge as well as hands on knowledge on mechanics, pneumatic, electricity and electronics. + Analytical skills, good communication and partner management. + Basic English level Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
