We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to lead the development of project plans and budgets, drive execution, and deliver measurable results. In this role, you will perform critical path analysis, identify and resolve issues, and document project delays while providing clear progress updates to stakeholders. With minimal supervision, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise, influence outcomes, and play a key role in advancing strategic programs. **What You Will Do** + Create and maintain project plans for assigned projects/programs with some guidance from Sr. Engineer, Supervisor or Project Manager. + Track daily progress of all project tasks to ensure on time delivery to commitment. + Coordinate required activities with all other functional areas maintaining a single source of priorities with the other project engineers (e.g. machine shop, facilities, operations). + Own change management for assigned projects/programs including revising and documenting Deviations, CDRs and CRs. + Schedule / lead project meetings with other team members and functional areas, as needed, to provide status and align priorities. + Participate on Operations Tier Meetings, as needed, to communicate priorities or support required for projects. + Collect production readiness evidence including but not limited to SMT program status, stencils designs, tooling/fixtures documents, material complete analysis, thermal profiling, etc. + Submit eCARs and WBS requests for post award efforts as required. + Identify and resolve risks/roadblocks to minimize impact to project schedules. + Proactively communicate and escalate risks or support required during the project phases. + Identify and drive mistake proofing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. + Participate in Project/Program’s meetings as required. + Keep effective and clear communication with Programs. + Engage and seek approval/guidance from Producibility Engineer for deviations, CRs, CDRs and any product or process change. + Track project constraints (scope, time, cost, and quality) and develop plans to keep them in balance. + Work closely with the NPI team members and other functional areas to ensure applicable requirements are met and a smooth transition to production release. + Ensure safety precautions are followed on all projects and daily activities. + Implement and maintain 5S methodology on office areas. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field + Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written) + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract **Qualifications We Prefer** + Knowledge/Experience: Practical knowledge managing complex projects and working with cross functional teams. **What We Offer** Some of our competitive benefits package includes: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees + Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds + Participation in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP) + Life insurance and disability coverage + Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 8 free counseling sessions + And more! **Learn More & Apply Now!** The next chapter of our future as an aerospace company is here, and we are excited about what this means for our employees and customers!
