The NPI (New Product Introduction) team based in France is looking for a NPI Expert to join our team. We challenge ourselves to create an inclusive way of working where we are open to new ideas, empowered to take risks and fearless to bring our authentic selves to work.

You have:

Master's degree with a great interest in Cloud, Telecommunications, and IT technologies.Experience in some of the below domainsNetwork Security concepts & solutionsFixed Network products & solutionsTelecom protocols (QoS/ Routing  ..)A solid background in Linux/Unix server system administrationManagement system (Kubernetes, VMware, Dockers..)Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPCExperience with Linux Shell Scripting, ansible or Python scriptingYou are eager to learn & develop yourself and others, you like flexibility, a dynamic work environment, working on various domains, working with various teams and roles.

What you'll do:

Lead and support customer engineering projects: Prepare and execute customer demos, proof of concepts, lab trials, and field trials for new technologies.Master the art of testing: Define test plans, create test cases, set up test environments, execute tests, analyze results, and generate comprehensive reports.Solve problems and ensure quality: Identify and resolve quality issues (NPI tickets) by collaborating with customer technical staff, R&D teams, and internal stakeholders.Contribute to RBC services: Provide NPI ticket support, technical Q&A for partners, and contribute to RBC playbook programs.

Your expertise will grow:

Initial focus: Develop expertise in FTTH products, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and Passive Optical Lan (POL).Next level: Expand your knowledge to SDAN & Cloud Solutions (Altiplano, Lightspan, deployment in public & private cloud networks).
