Conduct outbound calls to survey client’s experience with regards to DHL services.
\n\nForward calls to TP leads or superior when customer raised issues during first call.
\n\nLiaise with TP’s lead on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
\n\nCoordinate with TP’ lead for improvement of performance to consistently ensure achievement of weekly target.
\n\nHighlight areas within TP for improvement with suggested solutions to improve DHL’s procedures, especially internally driven processes that affect the services rendered by DHL.
