Are you an NP or PA that wants to make an immediate life-changing impact on your patients and their family from an office setting? We are looking for an NP/PA for a Medical Oncology office position that is ready for a high level of autonomy with team-based physician support. We will train the right person that has experience in other medical fields than oncology but is interested in taking on a highly scientific/ever-changing specialty in medicine. Daily schedule includes office visits, overseeing chemotherapy infusion reactions as needed, patient education, communication with patients and families as well as other oncology colleagues with the support of a full office staff (MA’s, OA’s, phone triage nurses and infusion nurses).
This position is days only with flexibility of working 4 or 5 days per week after training is completed. There are no nights/holidays/weekends or on-call.
