?? Starting Pay: $45/hour
About the Role:As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services. You’ll support clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment-related activities, all within the scope of care assigned by the SLP and/or physician.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Support educational and clinical activities Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulations Minimum Requirements: Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Completion of 100+ hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience Current SLPA certification or licensure in the state of practice Familiarity with professional standards of practice Preferred: 1+ year of professional SLPA experience TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) Current health certificate (as required by contract or state) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be 18 years or older Why Join Us?
