?? Contract: 39 weeks | 37.5 hours/week
?? Starting Pay: From $2060/week (based on experience)

Are you passionate about communication and making a meaningful difference in students’ lives? We’re seeking a caring and collaborative Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our student-centered team and support young learners in reaching their full potential!

?? What You’ll Do: Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary students with a variety of communication needs. Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school teams. Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success in and out of the classroom. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture. ?? What You’ll Need: A valid Wisconsin DPI license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered care. ?? Why Join Us?
