What You’ll Do: + Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary students with a variety of communication needs. + Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders. + Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school teams. + Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success in and out of the classroom. + Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. + Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture. ?? What You’ll Need: + A valid Wisconsin DPI license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. + A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. + Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills . + A commitment to equity, inclusion , and student-centered care . ??
