In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to help students overcome social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that impact their academic success and well-being. Key Responsibilities: + Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral issues. + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop intervention strategies. + Conduct assessments and create support plans for students in need. + Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources. + Advocate for students’ rights and access to services. + Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution efforts. Qualifications: + Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. + Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker. + Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Bilingual (preferred but not required).
