Join Amergis Healthcare Staffing as a Behavior Technician for the 2025-2026 School Year!
Amergis Healthcare Staffing (formerly known as Amergis Healthcare Staffing) is seeking dedicated full-time Behavior Technicians to support students in school classrooms across Orange County during school hours for the 2025-2026 school year. This role provides vital assistance to students, either 1:1 or in small group settings, ensuring they stay on track academically while receiving behavioral support.
About the Role: Behavior Technicians play a key role in helping students manage maladaptive behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Through structured support, they create an environment conducive to learning and personal development.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
What We Offer: Full-time Monday – Friday schedule or part-time/on-call hours, Morning & Day shifts (30+ hours/week), Competitive pay – up to $27+/hour (dependent on experience), Benefits package – medical, dental, and vision coverage, Weekly pay!
