What You’ll Do: As a School Aide, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support—academically, behaviorally, or physically. Under the guidance of our special education team and classroom teachers, you’ll: + Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students + Support classroom instruction and behavior management + Assist with mobility, therapeutic care, and personal needs as directed by healthcare professionals + Help create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment ? What You Need: + High School diploma or equivalent + Must be at least 18 years old + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (as required by state or contract) + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements + A caring attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help students thrive ??
