How We Work

Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.

Objectives

You will be responsible for contributing to our partners’ business success and achieving sales targets for Norton products.

Understand our security product strategy and propose products and services to partner companies with a strong affinity to consumer security solutions, such as consumer electronics retailers and mobile phone agents.

Go beyond simple product sales to collaboratively plan and implement new services and sales expansion strategies with partner companies.

Develop new distribution channels where we currently lack a presence, thereby expanding the potential reach of our security solutions.

Competencies

Experience in the PC or mobile industry

Experience working with consumer electronics retailers or mobile phone agencies

Experience in direct business development

Experience in the distribution or trading industries

Strong communication skills and negotiation capabilities

A proactive, self-starting mindset

Willingness to grow and take on challenges together with the company

Ability to work with a strong sense of responsibility and mission toward goals and expectations

Basic PC skills including document creation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication

Ambitious, responsible, and eager to take on a challenge
