Introduction

 

We are seeking a Nordtrack Product Specialist (NPS) to join our DMO Americas team. You will be responsible for supporting the Nordtrack product line by providing technical and sales expertise to internal teams and distributor partners. This involves driving business development initiatives, supporting product competitiveness, and ensuring customer success across the region. Your role plays a crucial part in expanding Nordtrack’s market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction, which will positively impact sales growth and product performance. In this position, you will report to the Head of Capital Equipment, USA and Canada.

 

This position is a remote position but must reside within the USA or Canada, preferably near an international airport. However, it involves up to 60% travel, primarily within North America with occasional trips to Latin America.

 

Team You Belong To

 

You will join a team of crushing and screening product experts who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and driving growth across the Americas. Our team is currently developing strategies to expand Nordtrack product sales and enhance aftermarket support, while also working on technical training and product launches.


We work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Metso and MPP Business Lines, Order Desks, Engineering, and Field Service teams, as well as external distributor partners. Our team culture is all about collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. The members of our team are located across North and Latin America.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Provide technical and sales support for the Nordtrack product portfolio across the Americas. Guide market development strategies and identify growth opportunities. Support Order Desks with equipment and spare/wear parts inquiries. Conduct and support product and sales training sessions. Organize and participate in new product launches and customer visits. Collect and communicate market intelligence to influence product development. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage special customer requests. Monitor product quality, performance, and engineering changes, ensuring timely communication and updates.

 

Who You Are

 

Skilled in navigating matrix organizations and driving initiatives across teams. Solid knowledge of crushing and screening business, aggregates, and recycling applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results collaboratively. Experience with tools such as Bruno, SAP, and pricing systems. Safety-conscious and committed to Metso’s values and leadership principles. Nice to have: Experience in commissioning and technical training delivery. Nice to have: Strong technical understanding of McCloskey-brand track-mounted equipment and market applications.
