Cisco Apprentice Program-

Our Apprenticeship Program is a great way for you to experience the corporate world and gain industry relevant knowledge and skills. Depending on the team you would join, you will have the opportunity to learn to do a combination of one or more of the following:

People Shared Services Representative – Trainee  

You will learn about various HR tools used in HR Shared services and programsYou will get an exposure to HR shared services and programsYou will learn how to gather the required data and documentation to ensure the ultimate experience is delivered.​You will learn about HR mandatory compliance requirements in place satisfying local legislation under the guidance of policy owners to minimize risk to Cisco, liaising with accountable stakeholders.​You will learn to Implement & support global programs, initiatives & events locally providing in-country expertise to ensure the best approach and employee experience, under guidance from relevant partners.Have a natural, customer-oriented mentality - this means an eloquent and helpful communication style, detail orientation, and being highly responsive to partners.Are exceptionally organized, personable, and seamlessly manage multiple work priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines … and you make it look easy.Are passionate about people, which you continually demonstrate by identifying new ways to improve your candidates’ experience.Have outstanding interpersonal & relationship management skills; you are a "people person" and shine in a team setting.Thrive on change; demonstrating the flexibility to prioritize and adapt quickly when needed.Maintain a high level of confidentiality by keeping sensitive information secure.Ambitiously take on new assignments to support your team.  

Who you are:

Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM etc.)You must have graduated in 2024 and obtained Provisional Degree Certificate.Must be available for a period of 12 months.Basic Knowledge of MS office toolsGood communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
