We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Non-Financial Risk Specialist (NFR&C LoD1).  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing our LOD1 non-financial risk management and internal control framework together with your local NFR&C LoD1 colleague. You will work closely with local business teams and the Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance Team to ensure robust non-financial risk management, internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the annual roadmap for the internal control framework (L1C) and ensure effective deployment and monitoring of controls.

Provide proactive support and advisory services to local business and LOD1 managers in implementing non-financial risk management practices.

Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of non-financial risk management, internal controls and compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including local business teams, local Risk & Compliance LoD2 team and central teams, to enhance risk and compliance frameworks.

Participate in local committees and escalate issues to the Risk & Compliance Director (RCD) as necessary.

Provide advice and support in implementing, executing, monitoring, reporting and developing relevant non-financial risk management frameworks, programs, risk assessments and incident reporting locally

Qualifications:

2-3 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field within the financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of regulatory and risk environments, particularly in non-financial risks.

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.

Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

High integrity and a proactive attitude.

Fluency in Finnish and English.

The salary for this position starts from 3.700 eur  + encouraging bonus
