Ayvens Mexico is looking for a non-financial risk.
Role & responsibilities:
Support the Local Business and LOD1 managers in the implementation of a fit for purpose LOD1 Operational Risk Management and L1C framework within their entityEnsure that (i) L1C controls are deployed and carried out, (ii) losses and incidents are analyzed and timely reported and registered, (iii) risk responses (issues, actions, waivers, acceptances) are formalized and followed up locally.When relevant, make sure non-financial risks are identified and qualified (e.g., RCSA, BIA, BCP, etc.).Ensure that the local framework is compliant with the Ayvens group and local regulatory / internal requirements.Support, advise and train the Local Business and LOD1 managers to raise awareness and ensure applicable group policies, procedures, methodology and processes are implemented locally.Ensure its continuous improvement, for the internal control framework to remain fit for purpose.Provide inputs to Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance team to participate to the framework continuous improvement.Follow the audit recommendations completion proactively as needed in coordination with the local Risk teams.Assist / support the Local Business (LOD1) by preparing and chair the local committees when applicable.Assist / support the Risk & Compliance heads (LOD2) by contributing to their local committees.Perform other tasks as agreed with the central and local management (i.e. project…)Qualifications / Experience:
3+ years of experience in compliance and/or operational risk and/or audit related positions.Experience in an international company is a plus.Good knowledge of operational risks.Knowledge of the banking, financing, leasing or insurance environment.Knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector.Fluent professional English is mandatory.Skills:
Proven ability to discuss with the Business (adopting an independent partner posture & understanding concerns) Strong skills to coordinate, animate, convince and motivate teams in a moving and complex environment.Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.Well organized and capacity to prioritize tasks.Ability to make decisions, act with integrity and exemplarity.Strong communication skills and Excellent writing skills.Ability to work independently while ensuring a good level of transparency.Open-mindedness and ease of working in an international environment.
