Your day as a NOI:
This position is responsible for leading new customer and offer implementations to support Essilor’s growth strategy, ensuring timely product launches and cross-functional coordination. Oversees customs compliance, audits, and documentation to support business operations. Promotes team collaboration and manages risks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
■ Responsible for implementing new customers and offers promptly to support Essilor’s growth strategy.
■ Leads the development and implementation of coordinated plans and programs for new products/offers to meet customer schedules and priorities.
■ Ensures open communication across project teams and promotes team knowledge to gain support for ongoing and future initiatives.
■ Addresses delicate situations and manages conflicts to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
■ Oversees Watermark and Smart Launching setup.
■ Ensures EOLT is fully compliant with customs regulations and leads all related audits.
■ Conducts and manages customs audits.
What do we ask from you:
Required Qualifications
■ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
■ Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or product launches
■ Proficient in English
■ Strong project management and coordination skills
■ Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export documentation (CFS, Form A/D/ANZ, etc.)
■ Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
■ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage audits
■ Proficiency in tools related to product launching (e.g., Watermark, Smart Launching)
Preferable qualifications
■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
■ A TOEIC score above 700 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.
