Vanderbilt Sports Properties is seeking a high-impact team member to help navigate the evolving landscape of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) on behalf of Vanderbilt University. This role will be integral to executing student-athlete influencer marketing efforts and ensuring high-quality activation of NIL campaigns for brand partners.
In this role, you will support the property in the activation of NIL deals for brand partners. As the NIL Associate Partnership Solutions Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of NIL inventory and delivering proof of performance to partners. This position reports to the General Manager, who leads NIL efforts on behalf of the embedded Learfield team, and will work closely with key stakeholders within the Athletics Department.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with property staff and local brand partners to understand marketing objectives and develop student-athlete-led campaigns that align with those goals.Serve as the primary liaison between corporate partners, Athletics, property staff, and collectives (where applicable).Support NIL deal activation, ensuring student-athletes fulfill contractual obligations at fair market value in compliance with applicable guidelines.Manage and maintain accurate NIL inventory tracking, including proposals, sold assets, and available opportunities; provide regular updates through internal reports and weekly meetings.Assist with gameday operations, including home football games and other key athletic events.Stay up to date on NIL developments, including national student-athlete deals, legislation changes, and emerging trends.Represent the property in internal Learfield corporate NIL discussions and initiatives.Take on additional sales, fulfillment, and operations-related responsibilities as needed to support the broader property team.Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends for home games, NIL appearances, and related events.Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of client-facing experience, corporate sponsorship, or relevant partnership execution workExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to operate independently on most account matterProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Preferred Qualifications:
