The role will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, leading a multicultural team, designing seasonal menus, and maintaining the highest culinary standards in alignment with the restaurant’s brand and ethos. **Key Responsibilities** •Design, develop, and execute authentic yet innovative Nikkei cuisine menus •Balance Japanese culinary precision with Peruvian ingredients and flair •Develop seasonal dishes and tasting menus reflecting current food trends and guest preferences •Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations including prep, service, and closing procedures **Key Requirements** Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or proven experience (5+ years) as a Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine, preferably in Nikkei or Japanese fusion cuisine. _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
