\nHampton by Hilton Nuneaton is part of the Abbey Street mixed-use redevelopment that will include a residential component alongside workspaces, a large cinema complex, a food hall and landscaped public spaces. The hotel features 145 rooms, meeting space and a fitness centre.
\nHampton by Hilton Nuneaton is an important addition to this ambitious town centre redevelopment and will support the growth of Nuneaton as a regional business and leisure hub.

\n\nHourly rate of £12.64 an hour\nWe offer our casual Team Members the ability to instantly access and withdraw up to 40% of their earned wages whenever they need to and at no additional cost\nOpportunity to work additional hours when you can\nFree and healthy meals when on duty\nFree Parking (subject to availability)\nModern and inclusive Team Member’s areas\n\nAs a Guest Service Agent Nights, you will serve in the Front Office & Food & Beverage departments, to provide services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out, and assist with Bar and Restaurant duties. A Guest Service Agent truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nAchieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nEnsure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required\nEnsure that the Guest Service Supervisor is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments\nResponsible for taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.\nDemonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties\nMaximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities\nUse the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nFollow company brand standards\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nPrevious experience in a customer-focused industry\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nCalm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest\nProfessional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service\nAbility to work on your own and as part of a team\nCompetent level of IT proficiency\n\n\n
