In this role you will organize, lead, and facilitate efforts on night shift to ensure objectives and goals are met within the Advanced Materials businessYou will monitor and adjust operational functions to ensure commitments are met by anticipating production (and non-production) problems, developing contingency actions, and resolving critical issuesFurther, you will develop, manage, and continuously track annual and periodic production budgets and adjust as necessaryAdditionally, you will assume the ultimate responsibility of employee safety, product quality, manufacturing schedule and on-time delivery metrics for the production and quality team on night shiftYou will have the opportunity to contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management teamYou will work to maintain solid communication between a cross-functional team to ensure production related issues are promptly addressed and appropriate corrective actions implemented
