The Operations Clerk provides administrative support to ensure the operations is smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves shipping documentation, maintaining records, assisting in tracking inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Print pick labels for all pick lines and batch sheets as needed.Assign and check-in equipment throughout the shift.Maintain inventory control through regular stock checks.Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and other team members.Keep the office clean and orderly.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Audit temperature on outbound trailers nightly.Track and report several KPIs to the supervisor staff weekly.Maintain necessary files and documentation.Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.Maintain KPI communication boards for team members weekly.Keep scorecard and report progress to the Manager on a weekly basis.Perform other tasks as needed to ensure efficient warehouse operations.Desired Skills: Time managementProblem-solvingData accuracy and analysisTeam collaborationAdaptability in a challenging environmentStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesDiligence and accuracy.
