What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Monitor and adjust production processes to meet operational goals and compliance standards.
Train and mentor production team members to build skills and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a production or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively and foster teamwork across shifts and departments.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive decision-making.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy machinery, and loud noise. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
