1. Cleans, sweeps, mops and empties trash in kitchen, restaurants and public areas.
2. Maintain a routine cleaning for the kitchen equipment (oven, fryers, flap top, grilles and stoves) clean.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and public areas, floor, walls, and ceilings.
4. Regularly check and clean restrooms to maintain high standards of hygiene, ensuring that restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
5. Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and décor are in excellent condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
6. Keep all entryways clean, inside and outside.
7. Assist with other public areas as needed.
8. Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed. Be continually alert for the safety of associates, and guests.
9. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
10. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
