Join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry as a Night Dispatcher III, where you'll play a crucial role in transportation planning and logistics management, ensuring the efficient distribution of materials and services.

Role Overview

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with vendors, field and office operations teams, and ADAPTS teams. Transportation Management Systems: Utilize systems like Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Excel spreadsheets to assign, track, and record workflow. Vendor Coordination: Identify vendor expectations and align goals with contract obligations. Job Order Management: Communicate and coordinate job orders from active field personnel regarding industrial/environmental waste, production water, and service work. Status Updates: Maintain contact with operational field and management personnel to keep job statuses updated via voice, text, and end-of-day reports. Daily Log Maintenance: Create and maintain a current daily log of all work in progress. Problem Solving: Address issues and discrepancies promptly to maximize production. Additional Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Dispatch Expertise: Strong background in dispatching and site logistics. Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with transportation management in the oilfield sector. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Experience: Previous experience in transportation management and oilfield operations is preferred.
