Our client, a respected college in Beverly, MA is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team for the month of August. This overnight role runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, offering $21/hour and includes free on-site parking. The position supports overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during overnight check-ins and check-outsMonitor property security and respond to any safety concernsRun and reconcile nightly audit and financial reportsManage overnight inquiries, wake-up calls, and reservationsMaintain accuracy in guest accounts and resolve discrepanciesPerform light cleaning/upkeep in the lobby as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

Prior reception or front desk experience preferredBasic accounting or auditing knowledge a plusProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systemsStrong customer service and communication skillsDependable, organized, and able to work independently during overnight hours
