We’re a short walk from the sparkling ocean waters and white sand of Grand Cayman’s famous Seven Mile Beach. Overview Organize the shift, and review and complete the following: remaining reservations, verify that all contingency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report. Reconcile daily financial transactions. Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records. Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night. Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information through hotel’s pass-along system. Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management. Qualifications Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with reservation and accounting system. Attention to detail.
