Overview Join our team as a Night Auditor and be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations! In this key role, you'll ensure all daily transactions are accurately audited, while also providing top-notch service to late-night guests at the front desk. From handling check-ins and check-outs to keeping everything running smoothly after hours, you'll wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Job Description: Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Maintain house bank. Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Compensation: $23.00 per hour Every job here has the opportunity to grow into Lead, supervisory, management, and executive-level positions. We promote from within and are also open to cross-training across a variety of departments. Schedule: This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am. This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired. Intermediate computer skills required. One year of accounting experience. -Preferred Security Experience preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers). High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $22.00/Hr. - $23.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
