Start Date: Immediate Job Description: Responsibilities: * The Predictive Maintenance (PDM) Leader will develop and implement PDM programs. * The PDM program will include, but not limited to, vibration monitoring, lubrication analysis, and ultrasonic analysis. * Functions as the subject matter expert responsible for driving UPDT reduction through the use of PDM technologies. * Serves as a technical resource offering recommendations/proposals to the work that is planned on the paper machines. * Serves as a technical resource for all areas of the plant in trouble shooting vibration analysis software and equipment. * The Predictive Maintenance Leader trains, coaches, and mentor"s maintenance technicians on the use of vibration analysis systems for both maintenance planning and trouble shooting.
